The shop was fine but not really a factor. My satisfaction was all about the installer--who was courteous and efficient. The scheduling process was another story. With the schedulers telling me my winshield could be satisfactorily replaced outside in 20degree weather...Also they scheduled me for Tuesday pm. They told the installer to do it on Monday. Luckily I was home when he called and could go into the shop while he was still there doing another job.
