The response time was excepptional. I left a message at 11PM, call was returned at 8AM the next morning, and windshiled was replaced at 9AM. WOW! and the price was great!

Looked over a few glass shops online and this one stood out. I especially liked that they come to you. It was a bit pricey, but overall happy with the results.

Prompt, courteous service at the best price I could find after getting several estimates (the price I was charged was exactly the estimate given.) I made my appointment online and received a call from Auto Glass Solution within an hour to confirm all the details. The installer showed up on time, cleaned up the broken glass and put in the new window in 20 minutes. While I hope not to have more broken windows, if I do, I'll use Auto Glass Solution again.

I am extremely pleased with the service. I actually made an error -- I told the company that my car was a 1998 Jeep. When the technician arrived, he found that the car was actually a 1996. The technician had travelled nearly 140 blocks, yet he told me in a very friendly voice that he would go back to the warehouse to get the correct window. To my great surprise, the company didn't charge me extra for the 2nd trip. I can't say enough about this service! It was very frustrating dealing with a smashed window and stolen radio. Auto Glass was just excellent from beginning to end. In about 10 mins of placing the order, the shop called to set up the installation. On the day of the install, they called to let me know that the technician was on his way. He was right on time, took about 45 minutes, moved my Chicago parking sticker and Ipass. I really liked the service i got from Auto Glass Solution they came out to my house on the 4th of July and replaced my side windows. and they did a good job i was a little worried because i wasn't home when they came out but their personal came replaced my glass and cleaned out my truck with out me even being their and when i got home i saw the extraordinary job they had done on my two windows and there price was really nice for a holiday job i would refer any one who need the windows on there car replaced to them because they get the job done nice and on time

I called on Monday morning and the glass was replaced Tuesday morning. They came when they said and the price was what I was quoted. Best thing was them coming to me...driving with a hole in your car is a little weird.
