I was told the service would arrive between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. After 2:00 pm I called to inquire why they were so late. I was told I was the next customer and the service would be there within 30 minutes. When the service arrived, the driver told me the shop kept adding customers to his list. I don't know if this explanation makes sense. But, if it is correct, I find it unacceptable.
