We asked that the technicion call us ten minutes prior to arrival. He was very curtious and took a great deal of time making sure all of the glass was out of the door and car. He had a great sense of humor and a great personality. I will definately use his company again!

The installer showed up well within the time frame given and was very professional and very nice. He explained what he would do, did it in less than an hour, and then showed me what he had done and did a great job cleaning up. By the time he left you'd never be able to tell that my back window was not the original window. I was very happy with this service and since I had to work righ after the alloted time frame I was very happy with the installers promptness.
