It was Speed Glass that responded with an email to my online request. I was surprised, knowing they are a Canadian Company. Then Speedy phoned me one day later. Yes, I was talking to a Rep in a Vancouver office! So cool, I'm also from Vancouver. We set up an appointment to get my windshield replaced. The technician drove to my apartment in Hayward, 2 days later. It took him about 15 min max to complete the job.I was VERY impressed. I'm still not sure what happened - from the time I submitted a frantic request online, to having a fixed window in 5 days - BUT, I'll sure use this online service again.:)

My insurance broker suggested glass.net. What a waste! I asked for a call at 8am. They called 15-20 min early, inconveniently. They couldn't pronounce my name which is very simple, so I felt uncomfortable but I had to ask if the caller spoke English. I needed tinted glass, which they could not provide and instantly dropped me, without suggesting any alternative suppliers or servicers. Your website should have a box that asks if there are special needs. I could have avoided this company all together if I had been able to select places that could actually replace my tinted window. Please update your website. Glass.net cannot modify these comments to make them seem positive.
