I was told the technician would be arriving at noon. They were prompt and I didn't waste an entire day waiting. At first I was given a window of 2:00p.m and 4:00, which would have been inconvenient.

the only issue I had is with the lingering smell of epoxy, but never having had this done before, didn't know whether this was really unavoidable

As far as i was concern you guys where great you came to Planet Saab where my car was being service you worked with them to get time arrange to replace windshield everything worked out fantastic. I did not actually meet the installer but William at Planet Saab said everything went really smooth.

I had another shop scheduled but they didn't follow through and this shop was my second attempt. I'm extremely happy with everything from the start. They called first to confirm whether I needed a special windshield, the caller was very professional. The installers (2) came on time, polite, professional, and efficient. I watched while they worked and was impressed by the fluency and cleaniness after they were finished. Great people, highly recommended.

This was the easiest thing to accomplish which we had put off for months because of how difficult and expensive we thought it would be!
