The person I spoke with on the phone to set up the appointment was extremely accommodating, professional, and friendly, additionally the installation technician was knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and affable. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this service company to a family member or friend and if ever I need vehicle window replacement again I will defiantly use Glass.net.

The tech wasn't a prime example of customer service, but I can appreciate his bluntness because that is how I feel like dealing with my customers. Yesterday and this morning when driving around I can hear a squeaking noise when I go over bumps. I think it may be the new sealing since my car previously didn't make that noise.
