My condo association's lawn care service cracked my front driver's side window less than 24 hours before I was scheduled to fly out of town. This company was able to come to my house and replace the glass first thing the following morning - they even arrived and finished earlier than scheduled, leaving me plenty of time to catch the plane. I'd absolutely use them again.

My only comment is that the shop I chose from the three suggested was considerable less than the other 2 but when I spoke with them directly, I was told that the price quoted was for glass only and did not include a required manufacturer trim part which brought the price in line with the others. I didn't check with the other companies to see if they included said part, but it seems to me that if the job can't be done without it, it ought to at least be mentioned in the quote.

Car is old (1980 MB 240D), and installer on first visit suggested I get a new windshield gasket before attepting replacement. I did this and was extremely glad I did. Old windshield was extremely tough to remove. New gasket and new glass look great.
