I was completely amazed that on a hot afternoon that they removed the cracked windshield, transfered the inspection sticker and license registration sticker (which I had forgot about) in less than 30 minutes. The price was so reasonable for what I thought the work should have cost I tipped them $20. I am a totally satisfied customer.

The technician was on time but since it was raining and I didn't have a garage or carport he suggested a self service car wash with covered bays. We went to one just ouside the niehborhood and he quickly went to work to replacing the windshield with the wind blowing the cold rain. With the windshield replaced he discovered that the rear view mirror bracket was different and he couldn't put the mirror back on. so He has to remove the bracket that is on it without cracking the window and replace it with the correct bracket. I have to wait until the weather clears up so the glue will hold.So I have no rear view mirror for several days, what a pain!

The work was excellent but the first crew brought the wrong glass, they said it was loaded by someone else but I had to wait an extra 2 hours because of that. The second man who came out was extremely professional & did an outstanding job very quickly.

The rain stopped, the sun came out, the guys got it done really fast before the clouds and drizzle returned! Great service.

I was more than a little stressed after my car was broken into through my smashed window, but the prompt helpful polite service helped me get over it better.

The man arrived during the appointed time. The only criticism I have is that the appointment cannot be scheduled in a smaller increment than 1/2 day. I was given a choice of morning or afternoon, I chose afternoon, and he arrived at 4:45pm when the window was 12 to 5pm.

I was extremely pleased with the fast service. They drove all the way from the other side of town. Which I kinda felt bad for.
