We were very pleased with our techs who came out. They were right on time. Finished in about 30 minutes, cleaned up everything. Left my car cleaner than they found it! (Brushed off all the leaves.) Gave me instructionson how to care for it. We already recommended Glass.net to two others.

When I ordered the glass through the call center I stated that I wanted the rain sensor on the glass. Well, when they dispatched it to the subcontractor they did not relay the information correctly. So the installer I was working with realized this when he got here and immediately said don't worry (because we were leaving to go out of town that evening) and got on the phone to his main office and found the correct glass for me. I appreciate his hard work and effort in customer service. He went above and beyond for me. You just don't see that very often anymore.
