Everything was perfect except for one thing. They did not put my stickers back on the windshield. I had to go to store to buy double sided tape. Wished they would done that.

They gave me a 1 hour time window, then called at the beginning of the window to let me know that they were in route and would be here in about 20 minutes. They arrived and completed the work in about 15-20 minutes!

1) Very expedient. 2) Ahead of schedule. 3) Patient!! (Had to wait on vehicle return 20-30 min.). 3) Provided excellent post installation care instructions. 4) I was not present at time of installation & do not have the technicians name, however he is to be commended for this professional courtesy and services provided. 4) Will utilize in future. 5) Will recommend . Everything was great, except that when they scheduled my service, they failed to tell me they only take cash. Who carries $300 bucks on them? The installer was professional and went ahead and did the job and allowed me to pay him later in the day. Still a bit frustrating.

This process couldn't have been easier. Best experience with any service provider in a very long time. Thanks!
