very poor. No morning call for service. Came wih the wrong window. The installed install the glass in the truck, which was too small I guess this was he's way to show me. Then tell's me he can get me a window that fits.And the new rear window would be cheaper.When this happen it was about 10:00, I called Cindy Rowe at 2: 00 to see if he was coming back.At 3:30 I called Cindy Rowe to see if my truck was done.(this replacement was done on site)I was told yes, I asked for my paperwork, Because I didn't inspested, or give instructing on care, nor did I sign a completed work order. So at 4:00 on Friday Iasked for a copy of the work order to be sent to me , with price change , warranty info, installers name. WHAT I got was none of that I got a work order you can notread.And the best part about this the window dosen"t match the window they removed. This BLOW"S.John Hawkins 717-691-8007
