I ask for a appointment in the morning since I was going away that day and the tech could not get there till afternoon .The tech was very understading and move his route up a little so he could get me out of there by 2PM.I was very happy with the tech I feel your servise manager should read the notes before dispathing him,but over all I was happy with the service.
