After completing registration on the internet, I was expecting a phone call to set up a tentative time of service for the following day. I did not recieve a call within the hour so I called myself and was told that the glass was in stock and that they would call me on the date of service with a time. The next day I waited until 1PM with no phone call from the company with time an expected time of service. When I called a 1PM they were very kind and professional and sent someone over within 15 mintues. I appreciate the promt service, but I would of liked to have had a tentative time of service so that I could of planned out the rest of my day. All in all I had a great experience, the glass looks great, service was prompt, friendly and convienient. Would recommend to a friend.
