I had to wait a week because there was a breakdown in communication. When we went, the two people in the shop were not friendly and were in a rushed hurry. They got the job done within 45 minutes and sent us on our way. Not impressed - we didn't even get a hello from them. So far the window seems fine, though. Only time will tell...
