They were great considering the customer service department never changed the service location on the order after I called them and told them they had it wrong as well as not putting the correct phone number for the person receiving the service. We did this as a Birthday present for our daughter and they still listed my number as the contact. So the installer was great once he was able to connect all the dots that your customer service department did not give him.
