I was very impress with the whole process. When I called to schedule, it was done in about 10 minutes from the time I sent in my request on-line. Jennifer was very helpful. When the tech called me the following day to schedule the appointment, he again was very friendly and said they would be at our house between 2pm-4pm and they were. The windshield is great! Overall I can't believe it was so easy and hassle free.
