A bit "surly" - "don't drive the car for 2 hours" instructions were abrupt. Called before 9AM saying "be there in a a few minutes" but arrived a couple of hours after that. Didn't announce he was here, just started working on the car in the driveway when he arrived. I only knew he was here towards the end of the visit when I happened to go outside to check. Razor blade wrappings on the ground where they'd been dropped. Grumbled when I touched an area to bed a piece of trim. Trim piece is still high. Some glue oozing out in one place and not trimmed off. Work done fast and is satisfactory. His manner was about the job, not customer satisfaction. Felt "processed"."Corporate" functions (scheduling, billing, follow up) very good!
