Whay i would like to see is to have have the driver call the client when he has finished a job and is going to the next client's house. If the technician is unable to make it to the clients house then the dispatcher/scheduler should call to reschedule the next appointment.' '' '' '' 'I was qouted a time frame of 9a-5p. I did not get any type of phone call on the status of the technician. I had to constantly call the dispacher office/technician to get a status update. I had to call the technician to learn that he would be unable to make his appointment for my car and he said that he would call me back in an hour for a reschedule. I waited an 1.5 hours and did not hear from him, so i called him back. Only to learn that he was @ home and he had not talked to his disptacher yet.' '' '' '' 'I will say that the service was great, but the run around was rather annoying.
