I am absolutely and completely pleased by the service. The team (2 gentlemen) was very prompt, arriving at the earlier time of the range that was quoted. There was no confusion as to the needed part and they immediately set to work, with no hesitation, confusion or false start, as to process or procedure. I wasn't running a stop watch or anything, but I was left with the impression that they had indeed done this many times before and were expert in every detail. Having my vehicle vandalized was disturbing enough in the first place. This excellent team was able to close this unfortunate incident on a very high note, indeed.
