All went well except technician took for granted that my cell had the same area code as the land lines in the area. needless to say the "appointment" was actually 4 hours after I was supposed to get an initial call. But once we did connect, it went fast and smooth. However, he did not clean up AT ALL after himself and when i got in my vehicle to drive home the windshield had numerous large smudge marks all over the windshield itself and the rear view mirror. overall satisfied, but disappointed when i drove it that i had to then clean up after him.

I can't believe the reliability and promtness of service. within ten minutes after making my choice of company to use, i got a call from a rep to finalize my transaction. My payment via debit card went through without a hitch. Ten minutes after that i got a call from the shop that would be replacing my windshield.
