After requesting service through Glass.net, I was by a most fantastic rep by phone to schedule my appointment. Not only that, but the next day they asked if they could show up early for my windshield replacement! When they arrived they were quick, courteous, and informative. I thought this ordeal would be terrible - it couldn't have been more of the opposite!
