Installer called my home to say he would be in on Wed between 8-12pm. I waited until 11:45am and called the shop where I was told I wasn't on the schedule with them. So, they rescheduled for Friday 9 am and was pleased when the repairman did arrive before 9am and fixed the windshield promptly and professionaly.
