It was great!

I made an appointment for Monday morning. No one ever showed up, nor did they call to tell me they were not going to be coming. Then I had been confirmed to pay a certain price, but when I called to see where my installer was he said that all they could find for my car was used glass and that the price was going to be a lot more. I found that information out that monday after my appointment had already passed. You could imagine my frustration taking a week day off and then no one showing up or even calling. I unfortunately won't be able to ever recommend this company to any of my friends after all of this it wouldn't be fair to them. I live in walnut creek so whichever office it is that services that area I will not be using them for anything else.

He did a great job, cleaned up nicely and was very professional and nice. Thanks so much, you made it so easy.
